Who we are
Whack-A-Sign is operated on software designed, owned, and managed by Integrate Labs (a d/b/a of MXX, LLC). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your email — used to send secure sign-in links and account notices.
- Sign information you enter — owner name, contact details, mailing address, permit numbers, acreage, lease info, notes, and similar.
- Location — a sign’s GPS coordinates, and only when you tap “use my current location” or type them in. Your device asks permission first.
- Basic usage data — such as anonymous view counts on public sign pages, to keep the Service running.
- Payment details — handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information solely to operate and provide the Service: signing you in, displaying your sign’s page, processing activation payments, and supporting your account.
We do not sell your data
Integrate Labs, MXX, LLC, and any of their affiliates will not sell your data and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service. We do not run advertising on your data, and we do not share it for others’ marketing.
Location: public or private, your choice
A sign’s location is private by default. It is stored so you can use it, but it is only shown on your public sign page if you turn on “Show location publicly” for that sign. You can toggle it off at any time.
What’s public by design
When you publish a sign, the information you chose to include is intentionally public — that’s the point of the QR code. Anything you leave unpublished, or keep marked private (like location), is not shown publicly.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the Service — for example our payment processor (Stripe), email delivery, and hosting/database providers — and only as needed to provide the Service. We never sell it. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention & your choices
You can edit or unpublish your sign information at any time from your dashboard. Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
